LEADERSHIP
THE BIBLE SAYS:
Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them , that they had been with Jesus.
Acts 4:13
The only way we can be the Christian leaders God wants for our communities is to live each and every moment by faith and be open to the filling of the Holy Spirit.
Our actions will coincide with what we say we believe.
We will function and speak with the wisdom that the Spirit gives us.
We will have the ability to set priorities and to be productive in whatever we are set apart to do.
God needs spiritually mature men and women who are wise in his ways to lead his church.
Spiritual leadership should not be taken lightly.
It is only by faith and the power of the Holy Spirit that we can use and develop the gifts God has given us for the good of his kingdom.

HOW GREAT THOU ART
THE BIBLE SAYS:
O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! Who has set thy glory above the heavens.
Psalm 8:1
There is none other than the Lord who is majesty.
When I think of who made the mountains?
Who made the trees?
Somebody bigger than you and I.
Then take a look at the fact
God made us in His image
He made us who we are.
Fearfully and wonderfully made us.
How Great thy art
How Great thy art!

TESTING
THE BIBLE SAYS:
The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold, but THE LORD tests hearts.
Proverbs 17: 3
There is no way to escape God’s refining process. The simple fact is the LORD tests hearts. Every heart. Every life. Every person.
How will He test us?
He will test us to learn our true character, our thought process, and how we make decisions.
He will test us to identify weakness and problem areas that need to be addressed.
He will test us to identify habits and priorities.
He will test us to learn how much we really know about His Word, and the true state of our spiritual lives.
Don’t be surprised when you are tested. God wants the best for you to be refined and purified of flaws. To be strong and beautiful.
Thank the Lord for caring about you.

KEEP SINGING
THE BIBLE SAYS:
He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.
Psalm 40:3
In spite of life’s situations…..there is a melody whispered by Jesus,
Fear not, I am with you, peace , be still.
When you look back and see how life has been wrecked by sin and strife; how discord have filled your heart with pain. But that discord has been replaced with harmony as Jesus swept across the broken strings of your heart and gave you peace.
Through heartache and pain
Through sunshine and rain
Sing on!
Keep singing!
It’s wonderful to just sing
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, sweetest Name I know, fills my every longing, keeps me singing as I go.
Make sure that Jesus is with you, every step of the way.

God’s Grace Is Sufficient
THE BIBLE SAYS:
MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU, FOR MY POWER IS MADE PERFECT IN WEAKNESS.
2 CORINTHIANS 12:9
God promises that his grace is sufficient for us and is made perfect in our weakness
When at times we feel like our lives are just dry, and we can’t go any further.
We can take heart that God’s love, mercy, and grace covers us and that we too are made whole, precious, and beautiful in God’s sight.
Thank you Lord for your Amazing Grace.

FRIENDS
THE BIBLE SAYS:
A man that hath friends must show himself friendly: and there is a friend that stick closer than a brother.
Proverbs 18:24
Who doesn’t need a friend?
Everybody does. Starting friendships are easy, cultivating them is often more difficult.
As disciples of Christ we must seek to establish and develop meaningful friendships with others, by doing so we perform the work of Christ.
We must learn to be like Christ.
He had his inner circle of friends and he had acquaintances. Even one of his disciples that he picked; betrayed him.
Did that stop him from loving?
Did that stop him from forgiving?
The answer is No!
Learn to be the kind of friend that stick closers than a brother.
Even your brother may leave you….
But Jesus will never leave nor forsake you.
Think of others before we seek to satisfy self.
Everybody that says they are your friend…..may not be.

PEACE STEALERS
THE BIBLE SAYS:
SEARCH FOR PEACE, AND WORK TO MAINTAIN IT.
PSALMS 34:14
The devil will try to steal your Joy
The devil will try to steal your Peace
The devil will try to steal your Health
The devil will try to steal your Finances
Don’t open the door….if he creeps in
Kick him out with these Bible scriptures
The Joy of the Lord is my strength.
Thou will keep you in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Jesus.
By His stripes you are healed.
My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus.
Jesus came that you may have life and have it more abundantly.
Don’t let the devil steal your Joy.

REFUELING
THE BIBLE SAYS:
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be wrary; and they shall wail, and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31
It is good to take time out!
Feed your spirit.
You can become worn out and try to tell your self things are not as bad as they seem.
Look in the Mirror…….not out the Window.
Are you so concerned about others that you aren’t taking care of yourself?
Remember…..
When we go…someone else will take your place.
Take a chill pill.
Cast all your cares upon the Lord…He cares for you.
Really cares..He is not fake or phony.
No longer let people drain you with their drama….
Trust in God…Wait on Him to Fix things..

SUCH IS LIFE
THE BIBLE SAYS:
SHALL WE INDEED ACCEPT GOOD FROM GOD, AND SHALL WE NOT ACCEPT ADVERSITY? IN ALL THIS JOB DID NOT SIN WITH HIS LIPS.
JOB 2:10 NKJV
When is it appropriate to worship God? Just when things are going good and working out?
When we are popular and successful?
Some people have this attitude.
And some stop believing when things don’t develop as they hoped.
Job’s wife’s seem to have reacted like one of these people.
She went along with Job as long as they prospered. But when he went through difficulties, she urged him to curse God and die.
Job was learning….why he could not curse God and die.
He knew what it was like to suffer. He continued to believe, even when he went through adversity.
Never give up, or deny God, no matter what happens.
We must continue to believe in Him, and trust Him in every situation.
