THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT
THE BIBLE SAYS:
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
Galatians 5:22-23
Desire to cultivate the fruit of the Spirit.
Notice the order in which the fruit bearer bear.
Love ….. to see beyond faults and look at the needs of others.
Joy……..No one can take it away
Peace…….Only God’s children can get it
Longsuffering…….Enduring when others give up
Gentleness……Soft answers turn away wrath
Goodness…….Doing good as often as you can
Faith……Believing what you can’t see yet.
Meekness……Only the meek will inherit the earth.
Temperance…..Rock steady…..be on an even behavior.
None of these are against the law.

TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCE
THE BIBLE SAYS:
Would not God search this out? For He knows the secrets of the heart.
Psalm 44:21
Why do people lie?
Is it because they want to cultivate an image?
Is it because they don’t want to be left out of the conversation?
Is it because they want to be accepted?
Is it because they want to appear more sophisticated?
Is it because they want to be more in tune with trends?
Many go through life with this attitude.
They are willing to lie, or distort the truth in order to fool others .
The Bible gives us another perspective on this habit.
People may be able to fool others, but they can’t fool God.
He knows every secret, every thought.
Seek to be honest with God first.
Reminder:
He knows everything about you.

Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, I come against unclean spirits that have attached themselves to the lives of Your people. I come against believers who play psychological warfare games between other believers and divide relationships. I pray that You will keep us spiritually attuned to what is happening in the church, in our leadership and ways that we have opened the door for demons to operate. Let Your judgment begin at the house of God. Cleanse us by the inspiration of Your Holy Spirit to make a change in our heart and in our behaviors. Bring us to conviction, confession and repentance from our sins. In Jesus mighty name~Amen

FORGIVENESS
THE BIBLE SAYS:
Forebearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do yet.
Colossians 3:13 KJV
WHAT A GREAT PRINCIPLE
Forgive and you will be forgiven.
If you don’t like the actions or results of an individual.
You may think the answer lies in the other person to change.
NOT SO….
PUSH ANOTHER BUTTON
Forgive them. You don’t have to stay stuck.
Ask God to help you.
Don’t let unforgiveness essentially block your blessings.
The old cliche still works.
” Do unto others as you would have them , do unto you.”
Be the bigger person..so that your life will be filled with Joy.

TO BUSY TO BE BOTHERED
THE BIBLE SAYS:
And I sent messengers unto them, saying, I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down; why should the work cease, while I leave it, and come down to you?
Nehemiah 5:3
Some people dwell on nothingness
Always stirring up things that have no value.
When people with great aspirations are targeted by those who attempt little and achieve little. They become upset .
Refuse to get caught in that trap. Don’t go down to their level.
Don’t get caught up in their foolishness.
When others seek to divert your attention from excellence and achievement in Pastoral work, Family relationships and Professional work to do ” busy work” let them know you can not be deflected from God’s work to do trifling things.
God has given you a job to do and you cannot stop until it has been done.

PRAYER
THE BIBLE SAYS:
And he said unto them, When you pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Luke 11:2
When we pray daily, we acknowledge God’s sovereignty. We ask the Lord to meet our daily needs because we learn it is only through the Lord that we live, and move and have our being.
Confessing and Repenting of known and unknown sins because we are working out our salvation with fear and trembling.
We should also ask the Lord to give us strength to love others as we want others to love us.
Pray that we not become entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
Pray without ceasing.

LOOK UP!
The Bible Says:
I WILL lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the LORD; which made heaven and earth.
Psalm 121:1-2
When you are met with trials
Look Up
When you need direction
Look Up
When you need a friend
Look Up
When you need comfort
Look Up
He is able to help you and He will carry you through.

CHOSEN
THE BIBLE SAYS:
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that year should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.
Which in time past were not a people, but are now the peole of God; which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

PRECIOUS LORD
THE BIBLE SAYS:
The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
Psalm 145:8
Precious Lord, take my hand,
Lead me on, let me stand,
I am tired, I am weak, I am worn;
Thru the storm, thru the night,
Lead me on to the light,
Take my hand, precious Lord,
Lead me home.
Jesus had compassion..Let’s model it.
He watches over us and is keeping us.
Let everyone know;
The Lord will make a way somehow.
