WALK IN THE LIGHT
THE BIBLE SAYS:
If we walk in the Light, the blood of Jesus, cleanse us from all sin.
1 John 1:7
To walk with God you must reject the ways of darkness and walk in the Light.
Mole and fungus grows best in the dark, but when you turn on the light and expose it.
It withers and die.
Secrets keep you sick, they keep you in shame and guilt.
Secrecy is the environment for sin to grow until sin take you captive and you become a slave to it.
Confess your secret sins to God.
Once you’ve turned on the light, the fungus begins to wither. Its grip loosens, and freedom comes.
Word for Today
Each time sin comes knocking at your door bring it into the Light immediately.
When you do, Cleansing and Fellowship with God will be yours.

UNITY
THE BIBLE SAYS:
BEHOLD, HOW good and pleasant it is for Brethren to dwell together in unity.
Psalm 133:1
The moment we break faith with one another, the sea engulfs us and the light goes out.
It takes time and energy to light it again.
When we are truly United in the Spirit, we can cope with challenges we face and the we can talk of progress.
Two wrongs…..don’t make it right.
Can’t we all just get alone?
Time is to precious to harbor bitterness.
Strife causes your body to get out of rhythm.
Look into your heart today.
The songwriter says:
Search me, O search me Lord
If you find anything that shouldn’t be
Take it out and strengthen me.
Cause I want to be right…I want to be saved
I want to be hold.

The Lord Hears our Cry
The Bible says:
I LOVE the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.
Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon Him as long as I live.
Psalm 116:1-2
You will always have problems in this life, but they must not become your focus.
When you feel yourself sinking in the sea of circumstances, just say ” Jesus help me”.
If you have to say it all day long….say it.
For the Lord hears the cries of His people.

The Lord provides for us.
The Lord directs us
The Lord protects his sheep.
He uses his rod to fight off intruders who would harm his flock.
When danger approaches, he is present.
He will never leave us because of trouble but will see us through it.
Finally, to those who have allowed the Lord to be their shepherd,God has Dispatched two
Ambassadors
Goodness…assures each step we take

GOD IS ABLE
THE BIBLE SAYS:
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power both now and ever. Amen.
Jude 24-25
In our lives we cannot control circumstances and sitiations. We may feel inept, powerless, and helpless, but we ought to take courage.
In a world where so much seems to be out of control, it’s good to know that God is Able!
God is able
Powerful enough to give us strength
God is able
To keep us from temptations
God is able
To help us avoid behavior that is spiritually, mentally, emotionally, or physically destructive.
God is able to keep us walking in paths of joy and righteousness.
Turn Him loose in your life….
God is Able.

Be Strong and Courageous
The Bible says:
Have not I commanded thee?
Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be not dismayed for the LORD thy God is with thee whither soever you go. KJV
Joshua 1:9
Don’t let the possibility of failure keep you from trying. Go forward, trusting in God, relying on God, keeping your eyes on God and He will deliver you.
As we face new challenges we can take heart and be courageous.
If our Faith, Trust, Focus and Confidence are in God, we will find the Holy Spirit of God with us to guide us in all circumstances.
That’s Good News !

The battle is not Yours…..it’s the Lord’s.

BE YOURSELF
THE BIBLE SAYS:
We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

My Beloved:
You are important to the Lord.
God made you…He made you who you are.
Don’t try to be like someone else, do like someone else.

Find your assignment and walk it out as God gives you what you need to accomplish your purpose for His glory.
Say good by to the people that said you would never be nothing.

Nobody.

GOOD NEWS
HOW DO YOU MEND A BROKEN HEART?
THE BIBLE SAYS:
PAUL WROTE, I WILL SHOW YOU THE MOST EXCELLENT WAY.
1 CORINTHIANS 12:31
Some have been broken physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
They have lost their trust, it it nearly impossible to believe anything one says anymore.
The Bible says, that the family of God can help heal the process when “we take the time to offer a safe place of love, trustworthiness, and grace for the brokenhearted.
We can be a part of the miracle of restoration and redemption.
Yes…we can…Yes we will.
But be REAL
If you don’t love God…you can’t love yourself.
If ….you can’t love yourself…you can’t love nobody else.
If you are hurting….you can’t love the hurting.
Give ” All your pain, all your sorrow to the one who loved you so much…He died for you”.
Then look around…somebody needs your love…somebody needs your forgiveness.
Christ is showing us a more excellent way.
Prayer
LORD, help me to heal so I may help those who are hurting through your power of and love.

LOVE IS A TWO-WAY STREET

FAVOR
THE BIBLE SAYS :
You , O LORD, WILL BLESS THE RIGHTEOUS; WITH FAVOR YOU WILL SURRENDER HIM AS A SHIELD.
PSALM 5:12
No matter what difficulties or challenges may be coming against you today, you can be confident that you are absolutely safe under the Lord’s favor.
Favor encircles us and protects us like a shield on every side when we cultivate righteousness.
It comes between us and the forces of evil that seek to destroy us…..forces too powerful and cunning for us to deal with in our own strength.
The favor of God is like a cloud
Proverbs 16:15 says:
In the Light of the Kings face is life; and his favor is like a cloud of the latter rain.
So when you have the favor of God you are walking under the cloud of latter rain.
And you will never need to be spiritually dry .
When you walk in the favor of the LORD, YOU ARE ABLE TO IMPART HIS BLESSINGS TO OTHER PEOPLE. YOU CAN TAKE THE CLOUDS AND THE DEW OF HIS FAVOR WITH YOU WHEREVER YOU GO.
PRAYER
LORD since your favor is mine to have, I receive it and will share it with others.
In Jesus name.
Amen
Thought for Today
Favor is what God gives to us; and when we receive it…..we bless others with the fragrance of Christ.
