YOU can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to helll is broad, and it’s gate is wide for the many which choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.
Matthew 7: 13-14
We are being challenged to make the right decisions.
I encourage each of you today not to take the path that seems easy or the most popular, but the road not taken , even if it presents difficulties.
Jesus encourages us to think about how we make decisions.
We can do what seems popular and go along with the crowd. But it can lead us away from God’s desires for what is best for us.
In the end…..it really doesn’t matter what people think.
The key is being certain that God is pleased.

The Bible says:
Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
Acts 4: 13
The only way we can be the Christian leaders God wants us to be in our communities and in our churches is to live each and every moment by faith and be open to the filling of the Holy Spirit.
Our actions will then coincide with what we say we believe.
We will function and speak with the wisdom that the Spirit gives us.
We will have the ability to set priorities and to be productive in whatever we are set apart to do.
God needs spiritually mature men and women who are wise in his ways to lead his church
Spiritual leadership must not be taken lightly.
It is by faith and the power of the Holy Spirit that we can use and develop the gifts God has given us for the good of his kingdom.
