Good Saturday Morning!
The Bible says:
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Romans 8:31
There are many things that may come against us.
But don’t be discouraged- never give up!
With the Lord’s help we can overcome everything the devil may throw at us.
The Bible says:
In this world ye shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world.
John 16:33
Remember
The Lod is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?
Psalm 27:1

Good Friday Morning
The Bible says:
I Beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good ,and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Romans 12:1-2
Sacrifices had previously in the Old Testament been associated with the offering of a valuable object to appease gods until viewed by early Christians as a symbol of God’s gift of Jesus for the redemption and salvation of man.
Paul is saying:
That persons cannot be transformed into new creatures until they offer themselves as living sacrifices to God and receive the power of divine love poured out on us by the Holy Spirit enabling us to participate in God’s perfect agape (love) to others

Good Thursday Morning!
The Bible says:
I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear therefore, and be glad.
O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
The Angel of the Lord encamp around about them that fear him, and delivered them.
O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trust in him.
Psalm 34:1-8

Good Wednesday Morning!
The Bible says:
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
Psalm 23:1
This Psalm shows us three things.
The Lord provides for us
The Lord directs us
The Lord protects us
Finally , to those of us who have allowed the Lord to be our shepherd, God dispatches two ambassadors-goodness and mercy- to follow us until we make it to heaven.
Goodness assures each step we take
Mercy redeems each stumble.
When confronted by the shadow of death, we do not have to be afraid because we know that the Lord our Shepherd leads us and goodness and mercy follows us..

Good Tuesday Morning!
The Bible says:
Wisdom is better than weapons of war, but one sinner destroys much good.
Ecclesiastes 9:18 Amplified Bible
Jesus taught about “counting the cost”.
Weapons and armies are not enough by themselves to win battles.
Wisdom is better.
God’s wisdom gives us real discernment. It helps us to understand conditions
It gives us insight to know when to be aggressive or passive.
While wisdom is essential for VICTORY, our efforts can be tainted by sin which can destroy much good.
Sin poisons our heart and mind, and distorts our values.
It corrupts our judgement and fills one with deceptive thoughts.
More importantly it can block the flow of God’s Spirit.
In this Nrw Year , to be successful in life, start with Godly wisdom.
Build your life on the Word.
Remember that “the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom”.
Proverbs 9:10

Good Sunday Morning!
The Bible says:
I shall also grant peace in the land, so that you may be down with no one making you tremble.I shall also eliminate harmful beats from the land, and no sword will pass through your land.
Leviticus 26:6
Before the Israelites entered the Promise Land, God declared His desire to bless them.If they obeyed and served Him.
He promised to meet their needs and protect them. But He also promised peace.
This is not just a promise for the Israelites but God’s continuing promise for His people today.
He has promised to give you His peace,
And free you from anxiety, worry, doubt, and fear
In fact , His Word tells us that He wants us to ” prosper and be in good health”
1 John 1:2
We need to realize that our God is the “Lord of Peace”.
And He desires that we be healthy, happy and free from worry.

Good Saturday Morning!
The Bible says:
But I have this against you , that you have left your first love.
Revelation 2:4
The believers in Ephesus had been model Christians.
Yet, in spite of all the positive traits, they had left their first love.
It was a serious matter in the sight of Jesus. It was so serious a problem that Jesus called them to repent; and unless they repented, He would “remove their lampstand out of it’s place”.
This proved they had “fallen”.
And this required corrective action.
Jesus wants a love relationship with you.
True love is a bonding relationship reflecting a total commitment.
Have you made a total commitment to Jesus this New Year?
How much do you love Him Have you drifted apart from Him? Have you become focused on things of the world more than being focused on Him?

Happy New Year! Good Friday Morning!
The Bible says:
Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall.spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43: 18-19
Some things to remember for this New Year:
Forget the former things
God’s going to do a new thing
It is going to be so “big” it will be like a gusher from a fountain.
It will shower down not only on you but all of those connected to you.
He’s going to make a way out of no way
And make your dry places a river!

Daily Devotion-December 30 2015

Good Wednesday Morning!
The Bible says:
For there sre three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one.
And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
1 John 5:7-8
He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
1 John 5::12
What more proof do we need?
