Good Saturday Morning!
The Bible says:
Send out your light and your truth; let them guide me.Let them lead me to your holy mountain, to the place where you live.
Psalm 43:3
We are reminded that God knows everything about our lives. And He knows the future. He promises to grant us wisdom, If we seek Him.As we fill our minds with His word, we gain insights and understanding .As we pray, He reveals more of His plans to us , and gives us peace
Remember that God is ready to grant us common sense. To be our shield. To guard our path.To help us know the right way to go.We need to ask for wisdom. And fill our hearts and mind with his Word, the put it into practice.

Good Thursday Morning!
The Bible says:
Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
Psalm 1:1
This psalm shows us that the Lord provides for us.Because he is our shepherd, we can be assured he will meet our needs.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Jesus Christ.
Philippians 4:19
Secondly , he directs us.He does not stand behind us and lead us, he stands before us and leads us.
Thirdly, he protects us.He will never leave us because of trouble but will see us through it.
He uses his rod to fight for us. He uses his staff to retrieve us when we stray away.
Finally, we have two ambassadors
Goodness, assures each step , and Mercy redeems each stumble.

My Quote of the Day!
“Call him Up, and tell him what you Want”.

Good Wednesday Morning!
The Bible says:
Do not despise these small beginnings.
Zechariah 4:10
Small Beginnings
Many people approach their lives with doubt. They may read God’s Word, but somehow feel that His promises don’t apply to them. They place limits on God, and what He can do through them.
The Bible reminds us of the power of faith. While doubt can be crippling anything is possible if a person believes.
Mark 11: 23
Anything ! But we must believe in God, and have faith “that he rewards those that sincerely seek Him”.
Hebrews 11:6
Don’t limit God, or limit what He can do through you.Believe His Word.Trust Him.Confess His promises.

My Quote for the Day!
“Little can be much in the Masters hands”.

Daily Devotion-June 16 2015

Good Tuesday Morning!
The Bible says:
I have no greater joy than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth.
3 John 1:4
John was concerned with character and faithfulness. His greatest joy was “to hear of my children walking in the truth”.It wasn’t enough to just hear the Word, what was more important was demonstrating real change through their lives.
The Bible tells us that “faith without works is dead”.
James 2:17-20
Jesus stressed this by saying If you love me, you will keep my commandments.
Putting God’s Word into practice , not only today but in years to come.Ask God to help you be a “doer” of the Word, living in such a way that others can see the difference He makes in your life.

My Quote for the Day
” A bird in the hand, is worth more than two in the bush”.

Daily Devotion-June 15 2015

Good Monday Morning!
The Bible says:
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
As your thoughts turn over today, at some point you will likely feel fear or anxiety. You will have concerns and questions.Your mind may easily feel congested or weighed down.
The Bible says you don’t have to worry about anything.Instead , you are to tell God every detail of your needs”in earnest and thankful prayer”.
In your life, remember that God invites you to tell Him everything going on in your mind. Not just the pleasant things, but frustrations and failures. The secret issues of the heart.Thoughts and attitudes that weigh you down.Actions that plague you.
Don’t pass up this opportunity. Tell Him every detail.Don’t hold back.Be honest!

My Quote for the Day
” What goes on in the Dark, will come to the Light”.

Daily Devotion-June 14 2015

Good Sunday Morning!
The Bible says:
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangled. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.
Hebrews 12:1-2
He is your prize
Remember that the race isn’t about being number one in the eyes of others, but being number one with your Heavenly Father.Pleasing Him is all that matters.
Keep your Focus
Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus as you complete this year and prepare for the next.
Cast aside all that holds you back, and chase Him for no other reason than He is worthy.

My Quote for the Day
” Losing Focus….clouds your Vision”

Daily Devotion-June 13 2015

Good Saturday Morning!
The Bible says:
Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.
Isaiah 42:9
We must remember that God is present in every situation in our lives- even in periods of trouble. We often view hard times as a sign of defeat. However , if we look at our beginnings , we can find hope and assurance in knowing that just as God moved for Isreal , God will move for us.Even now he is doing ” a new thing”.
My Quote of the Day
“Stinking thinking brings Stinking Living”.

Daily Devotion-June 12 2015

Good Friday Morning!
The Bible says:
In due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
Galatians 6:9
Sowing & Reaping
Don’t get tired…don’t get weary! Put some good seeds in the ground and sprinkle it with love.
I promise you… it will come back to you!
Its difficult to love your enemies, discipline your children even your sheep, it’s difficult sometimes to pray without ceasing on a situation.
However, reaping the good we have sown is pure joy.
What joy when we get to see love conquer hate and strife, your children following God’s way, or answers to prayers.

My Quote of the Day
” You Reap what you Sow”

Daily Devotion-June 11 2015

Good Thursday Morning!
The Bible says:
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
Ezekiel 36:26-27
New Heart…New Spirit
Conditions don’t have to stay the way they are.We don’t have to suffer with the symptoms of a bad heart. The operation we need according to God’s Word is “Repentance”.
Repentance before the Lord results in receiving a new heart and the life giving spirit. The new heart produces 9 fruit of the Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23
The reward from God is: Restoration & Preservation.
Joyce Smith

My quote for today
” A clean heart. …makes for clean hands”.
