Good Wednesday Morning!
The Bible says:
“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.”
Psalm 119: 8 N KJV
How hard it can be to have the true measure of the people. To know their hearts. To look behind their real motives.
The Bible reminds us that all of us make mistakes. That “the heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?” Jeremiah 17:9
We should trust in God, Psalm 56:11, not in “princes …in whom there is no help”.
Psalm 146:3
Remember to focus on God.Others may disappoint or fail you.But you can always trust in Him.
My Quote of the Day
“Man will let you down….but Jesus won’t”

Good Tuesday Morning!
The Bible says:
Beware of the scribes, who desire to go around in long robes, love greetings in the marketplaces, the best seats in the synagogues, and the best places at feasts, who devour widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayers. These will receive greater condemnation.
Luke 20:46-47
Jesus said he had learned that people often masked their true intentions. He learned how to recognize these masks, to see through them, and discern their real nature and desires.
Jesus knew that many people parade around behind masks, seeking to disguise their true nature. These people he called hypocrites, appearing to be spiritual while, in reality, having hearts far from God.
His words are a warning to us all.God desires that we have” clean hands and a pure heart”.Psalm 24:4
The scripture also says that we should lay aside ” all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking.”
1Peter 2:1
Seek to be honest, pure in spirit. On guard against those around us who may be wearing masks.
My Quote of the day
“Beauty is as Beauty does.”

Good Monday Morning!
The Bible says:
And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
Revelation 21:21
What do we really know about people? We form opinions from our experiences and what we perceive to be true. From their reputation, and what we see and hear.
The bible reminds us that we may be able to influence how others think of us, but we cannot fool God.He sees our hearts and knows everything about us.He wants us to be clean and pure in in His sight. Not manipulators, but people who always speak the truth.Who are faithful and trustworthy ambassadors for Him, modeling what it means to be clean and pure because of the Gospel.
In the Bible’s description of Heaven, a place with streets” like transparent glass”.This is the way our lives are to be before Him, and with others. Transparent. Open.Honest.Pure.
My Quote of the Day!
“When you are Ready….the Teacher will come”.

Good Sunday Morning!
The Bible says:
And we know that All things work together for good to them that love God, in them who are called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28
Let go! God is in control.Don’t focus on the negative. ..focus on the positive.
Thank God for closed doors.
Catch yourself before you wreck yourself!
Think about the things that He has already done for you.
How he made a way out of no way!

Daily Devotion – June 06 2015

Good Saturday Morning!
The Bible says:
I will give thanks to the LORD with all my heart;
I will tell of all Thy wonders.
I will be glad and exalt in Thee;
I will sing praise to Thy name,
O Most High.
Psalm 9:1-2
We should never hesitate to tell somebody about the goodness of God.Everyday…He keeps on doing great things. When I rose this morning, I didn’t have any doubt.
We may sometimes find ourselves in unexpected places, places we didn’t want to be.We may be drowning in debt, where we didn’t want to be, inhibited by physical barriers, or suffering under the weight of sin’s consequences.
Whether Christ finds us broke or broken. He is so good ! He will pick us up and turn our life around.
You better tell Somebody!

Good Friday Morning!
The Bible says:
Bears all things, believes all things, hopes
all things, endures all things.
1Corinthians 13:7
Love blooms in the midst of life’s ugliness.
Love helps you be there to embrace a love one or a stranger despite their faults and inadequacies.
Love helps you be there “no matter what”.
Jesus commands us to love one another.
John 13:34-35
Real love is genuine and everlasting.

Daily Devotion-June 04 2015

Good Thursday Morning!
The Bible says:
Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee.
Isaiah 26:3
We must welcome Challenging Times as an opportunity to trust God.He is with us in the front, in the back, on the side and all over us.
No circumstance is too hard for God to handle.
Walk through the problem and hold on to God’s unchanging hand.
Speak to yourself…encouraging words and give thanks with a grateful heart. You are not walking Alone.

Daily Devotion-June 03 2015

Good Wednesday Morning!
The Bible says:
There is no fear in love, but perfect love cast out fear; because fear hath not torment. He that fear is not made perfect in love.
1John 4:18
When we focus on God, He gives us Peace to displace fear and worry.
Trust and Thankfulness are two things that will keep fear from gaining a foothold in our lives.
There is no fear in Love.
Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
1 Thessalonians 3:16

Daily Devotion-June 02 2015

Good Tuesday Morning!
The Bible says:
What doth it profit , my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? Can faith save him?
James 2:14
Then… James goes on to say:
Even so faith , if it hath not works ; is dead , being alone.
James 2:17
Faith is a holy word. For the Christian, faith means faith in God, for he is the only one worthy of our complete trust.Without faith, one cannot please God.
Hebrews 11:6
Faith will prompt you to ask God,”Lotd how much do you want me to give?” And Lord, what do you want me to do?”.

Daily Devotion-June 01 2015

Good Monday Morning!
The Bible says:
And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it to his brethren; and they hated him yet the more.
Genesis 37:5
The story of Joseph should be read to all the hopeless, the least, the lost, and the left out, for in his story we see God in heaven who reveals great dreams of hope and visions of success.
There is a God in heaven who manifests his presence and power in the realm of time to those who have childlike faith.
God in his own time makes dreams a reality.
