Good Thursday Morning!
The Bible says:
The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
Isaiah 61:1-3
Who cannot serve the Lord after all these things He provides for Us?
He is a promise keeper
Whatever has happened or will happen in our lives, the Lord is still inviting us to find healing, hope and new life in Him

Good Wednesday Morning!
The Bible says:
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
Galatians 6:9-10
We need one another.Whatever we do affects others weather good or bad. Someone, somewhere will be affected by it.
Doing good, working hard, keeping up, and keeping on is difficult- much more difficult than selfish ambitions.
God has called us to be a part of a community. We ought to bear the responsibility of that calling.
The next time we need a helping hand let us remember. We find peace only in communion with others, helping those who have lost their identity.
May God’s mercy grant us the communal strength to persevere until the end.

Good Tuesday Morning!
The Bible says;
O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! Who hast set thy glory above the heavens.
Psalm 8:1
Even the Lord’s name is Excellent!
Who other than God can this be applied to and allow us to revisit such words as power, glory, praise and excellence?
Every one of these words should lead us to meditate on God’s goodness and majesty.
When we realize how majestic the name of God is, we are saying that we realize and recognize how broad, how large and how powerful “God is”.
He is more concerned about people than planets
More concerned about souls than the stars
More interested in us than the universe.
David concludes the way he begins:
Oh Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!
Psalm 8:9

Good Monday Morning!
The Bible says:
If the Son sets you free, you are free indeed.
John 8:36
Celebrate your spiritual freedom in Christ every day.
Why?
Jesus Paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom when He died on the cross for us! And the Bible declares, ” If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed”.
Walk and live in the glorious freedom of the children of God.
Romans 8:21
When Christ sets you free…….shout now!!!
You are Free indeed!!

Good Sunday Morning!
The Bible says:
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee:for my strength is made perfect in in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my informatics, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then am I strong.
2 Corinthians 12: 9-10
As a Christian grace expresses one of the churches most distinctive and important doctrines.
God’s gift of forgiveness an undeserved blessing.
Grace is the expression of the essence of God, whose very being is love.
God’s grace enables us to bear what we could not otherwise bear and do what we otherwise could not do.
As we go through this day, weeks and months,
Trust God to see you through with Grace.
As Paul’s strength was made perfect in weakness, so is ours.

Good Saturday Morning!
The Bible says:
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
Isaiah 6:8
God is still calling, “Whom shall I send”?
God’s power can shake the routine of our daily existence, overwheming us with his holy presence.
When He shows up..it may remind us of our own inadequacy, but we must not
permit our sense of unworthness to keep us from doing; what God wants to accomplish in us and through us.
Remember …God has cleansed us-by the precious blood of Jesus Christ.
He has commissioned and equipped us by his Spirit.
He will make a Way out of no Way!
I tried HIM and I Know.After saying I’ll go..
He sent me for 20 years to Salem, Oregon
My wilderness and my teaching ground. What a blessing I received and what a promotion.
God Is!!! My All & All.

Good Friday Morning!
The Bible says:
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever.Amen.
JUDE 24-25
Don’t you know God is Able?
He is able to fix whatever problem you may have
He is able to supply all your needs
He is able to give you Joy in sorrow
He is able to represent us personally before the Father in glory
He is able to keep our minds, hearts and spirits focused on accomplishing his will and work
He is able to keep us from falling
He is able to keep us walking in paths of Joy and Righteousness!

Daily Devotion-May 14 2015

Good Thursday Morning!
The Bible says:
Be still and know that I am God.
Psalm 46:10
Sometimes during our difficulties we forget that God is always there for us and with us.When we are scared and running for our lives, we must stop and remember that God has not forsaken us but is waiting for us to acknowledge His presence.
We often feel alone because God doesn’t come when we want Him too.
We have to Learn to be still , sit quietly, so we can recognize the presence of God.
For the Lord is always faithful to his Word, saying , ” I will never leave you , nor forsake you”.
Hebrews 13:5

Daily Devotion-May 13 2015

Good Wednesday Morning!
The Bible says:
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28
This is one of my favorite scriptures in the Bible.
God takes all the distasteful stresses in our lives, mixes them together, puts them in the oven of crisis and produces a perfect product.
To know that God is working through our life experiences is to have ultimate assurance.
Since He is working with me, I cannot but win in the end.
Because we have been called according to his purpose, and he will work his purpose in our lives, even in the darkest moments. We who know God’s love know that it is sufficient for all things.
That’s why I lnow that God is working in and through my life.

Daily Devotion-May 12 2015

Happy Tuesday!
The Bible says:
Come unto me, all you that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lovely in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burdens are light.
Matthew 11:28-30
Many of God’s children have fallen prey to burn out.A better description of their condition might be”drainout”. Interactions with needy people have drained them. We all from time to time get weary and are like wounded soldiers needing REST AND RELAXATION.
Take time to rest in the Lord!
He will restore to you the energy that you have lost.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Psalm 23:1-3
