Good Saturday Morning!
The Bible says:
“I’ve also heard the groaning of the children of Isreal, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage. And I have remembered my covenant. Therefore, say to the children of Isreal, “I am the Lord…….I will bring you out from all of the burdens of the Egyptians. I will rescue you from their bondage. And I will redeem you with an outstretched hand and with great judgments”.
Exodus 6:5-6
The second thing God promised is,”I will rescue you”.No matter what kind of mess you find yourself in today, this can be your season to be rescued by God! The Lord will bring you out of your captivity, just as He did for the Israelites.

Good Friday Morning!
The Bible says:
“I’ve also heard the groaning of the children of Isreal, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage. And I have remembered my covenant. Therefore, say to the children of Isreal,”I am the Lord…I will bring you out from all of the burdens of Egyptians.I will rescue you from their bondage. And I will redeem you with an outstretched hand and with great judgments.”
Exodus 6:5-6
The Lord promised them,”I will bring you out…”…
Is there some difficult situation you need God to bring YOU out of today?
It doesn’t matter what you are going through. The Lord has spoken, He will watch over his word and bring it to pass.Every victory and turnaround in life begins with a word from the Lord.
The Lord has heard your groaning. He knows how much you can bear.He feels your pain sees your tears, and cares about your challenges. The Bible says God remembered His covenant toward the Israelites-and He remembers His promises to YOU as well.

Good Thursday Morning!
The Bible says:
“Opening his mouth, Peter said:I most certainly understand now that God is not one to show partiality, but in every nation the man who fears Him and does what is right is welcome”.
Acts 10:34’35
There are times we have a “light bulb” experience and we see things in a different way. When we are willing to lay aside our closed minds and fixed opinions, and ready to receive a “fresh word from God”. A new revelation. …
Peter recognized the Gospel was for everyone and ordered that these men be baptized. This gives us an example.
First, we must remember that all of us are imperfect.
Our understanding and conclusions are imperfect.
The knowledge of even the wisest person is only partial.
Since we are limited we should strive to live with humble hearts and minds.Always teachable, Hungry for God.Listening for His voice.Sensitive to the Spirit.
Like Peter, with a vital relationship with God, available for His leading, ready to respond as He leads.
Because he was available and listened, he received unexpected revelation that changed his life, and changed the world.

Good Wednesday Morning!
The Bible says:
“No one has seen God at anytime; the only begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him”.
John 1:18
Is there really a God? If so, who is He? And what is He like?
People have defined God in their own image, according to their own interests. In the process, many religions and philosophies have been developed.
But if we really want to know about God, look at the life of Jesus.
The Bible tells us he came “to explain” who the Father was and what He was like.
Through His life and ministry, Jesus was teaching us about the Father.
Through His own life, Jesus provided a model for our lives. We who know Him are to explain the Father to people in our time.
The more we study His Word..the more we get to know Him.The more we experience trials and tests..the more we know ;
Oh it is Jesus!
Who soothes our doubts and calms our fears
Oh it is Jesus!
Who gives us peace in the middle of our storms;
Oh it is Jesus! That is our Rock of Ages
Cleft for me..let me hide myself in thee.

Good Tuesday Morning!
The Bible says:
“They share freely and give generously to those in need.Their good deeds will be remembered forever. They will have influence and honor”.
Psalms 112:9
Every day people all around us listen to our words and watch our actions. They ate quietly studying what we do.
They wonder if our actions are consistent with our beliefs. This is true for adults and children.
People are watching us on our jobs, in the stores, in our homes, and in our churches. We might think we can say or do what we want, and that it won’t matter. But God knows what
Impact we really have, whether or not we realize it!
Remember people are watching and listening to you.You have the opportunity to influence others.
How you treat other people, they wonder if you are a hypocrite , or if your faith is genuine.
Ask God to transform your life so people can see Jesus in you. That will be a powerful witness for Him.

Good Monday Morning!
The Bible says :
“I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me”.
Philippians 4:13
There are highs and lows we experience in life everyday. On the high side we feel we can fly like eagles; when we are weary it seems all strength is gone.
How do you remain content when your life is upside down?
Paul writes about living in contentment not resentment. Jesus promises to never leave us or forsake us especially when situations in our lives are shifting
Contentment comes in knowing that God has called you and me to a higher purpose and that he shall equip us to complete that work.
Contentment comes in knowing that our God shall supply all our needs according to his riches in glory.
Contentment comes in knowing that God is with us in all circumstances, especially the struggles.
Knowing that God sees, cares and works in our circumstances gives you and me every reason to live in contentment.

Good Resurrection Sunday!
The Bible says!
And when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.
And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us aeay the stone from the door of the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.
And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away, for it was very great.
And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white. Garment, and they were afraid.
And he said unto them, Be not afraid: You seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified; he is risen; he is not here; behold the place where they laid him.
Mark 16:1-6
He Lives. ..He Lives…Christ Jesus lives today.
He walks with me and talks with me along this narrow way.
You ask me how I know He Lives?
He Lives within my heart!

Good Saturday Morning!
The Bible says:
“He was despised and forsaken of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; and like one from whom men hide their face He was despised, and we did not esteem Him”.
Isaiah 53:3
While we are ” guilty, vile, and helpless”, He was “the spotless Lamb of God” who provided”full atonement”.The work truly “is finished”.
Today, what does Jesus mean to you? Remember, He shed His blood that you might be freed of sin.He loves you with an everlasting love.He has prepared an eternal home for you.Thank Him! Praise Him! Serve Him! What a Savior!

Daily Devotion-April 03 2015

Good Friday Morning!
The Bible says:
When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!
John 19:26
Even at the scene of the cross prior to Jesus’ death, God reaffirms the importance of family relationships. Although Jesus had reached the climax of his life and ministry, the significance of his suffering and death did not cause him to deny or discount his family relationships. .
In the final moments of his life Jesus is comforted not only by the presence of his mother, but also by other members of the “family of faith”, including John, the beloved disciple, and Mary Magdelene. Jesus gathers members of his biological and spiritual family into a new community.
They were drawn together by the community of grief and disappointment.
He drew it together as a promise of the family of God that was to grow even unto the ends of the earth.Acts 13:47
My beloved. ..be a Family United in Christ.

Daily Devotion-April 02 2015

Good Maundy Thursday Morning!
The Bible says:
Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.
For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
Verily, verily I say unto you, the servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
Matthew 13:13-16
Servant…..one who serves.
The more God empowers the servant- leader, the more he or she is obligated to be a good steward of God’s blessings and benefits.
Those who follow the example of Jesus, the servant-leader supreme, have his assurance; “if ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them”.
Pray for strength to grow into more of a Servant-Leader.
